You retain all rights to the information you enter into D3. We act only as a custodian. You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

You agree to use D3 only for your own private, personal estate planning. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit D3 or its contents without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D3 and its operators are not liable for any errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or losses arising from your use of the service.
